Sweet little campground just a few minutes from downtown Freeport. Perfect for a quiet getaway with the family. Bathhouse was by far the nicest I've seen in any campground ever. The tour guide and staff were welcoming and accommodating. The gift shop has super cute kitschy/campy Maine stuff. Great place for those who appreciate history and nature. 10/10 stars 🌟 ~would visit again.

"I camped for a night...Very close to town and affordable. When we checked in everyone was really nice and even brought some extra kindling to our site! An excellent deal, especially since you can take the tour for free too. My daughter is 5 and doesn't sit through much but she made it through the tour and was interested and asked questions. The tour guide was wonderful... There was even an area for kids to dig up gems while we waited for the tour that my daughter really enjoyed.... Thanks for the great time!"
